1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Partners
- We use trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for nationwide coverage.
- Tracking information will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, high order volume, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999 or for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, as shown at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in selected PIN codes with an extra handling fee.
- We reserve the right to disable COD for certain products, bulk orders, or locations.
6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order.
- In case of delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping will be chargeable.
7. Delayed / Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us with your Order ID.
- In rare cases of lost packages, we will initiate a claim and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) after verification.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
